TKS Housewares are created with cement that is dyed with powder pigments. Every piece is hand poured, then sanded with two different grits of sand paper and sealed with two coats of sealant.

For resin finished pieces, avoid discoloration or tarnishing by wiping down hardware with a soft cloth.
Although polymer clay earrings are waterproof, it's best to remove jewelry prior showering or swimming to ensure long-lasting pieces.

Orders are typically packaged and shipped out 3-7 businesses days of the order being placed. (Please note, it is a longer processing time for products that are made to order). Due to COVID-19, orders may arrive a few days late.
Once the package is dropped off at the post office, they are out of our control. If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen, please email us at shopwithklay@gmail.com. Please note that tracking information may take a couple days to update.
