Please note that all Klay Shop pieces are handmade which means there may be a few imperfections here and there but that is the beauty of handmade jewelry!
How long will it take for my package to ship/arrive?
We do our best to have orders packaged and shipped out between 7-14 business days of the order being placed. Due to COVID-19, orders may arrive a few days late. Once the package is dropped off at the post office, they are out of my control! If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen, please email us at shopwithklay@gmail.com. Please note that tracking information may take a couple days to update.
Returns/Exchanges and Refunds
Due to COVID-19, returns and exchanges are not available.
If your order arrives damaged, please email photos of damaged item to shopwithklay@gmail.com and we will happily send you a replacement!
ALL ITEMS ON CLEARANCE ARE FINAL SALE. Please note that pieces from our clearance batches may have more imperfections to them

What is my personal information used for?
Personal information is collected to fulfill any orders placed through our website (i.e. processing payment information, shipping, order confirmations, and any customer communication regarding their order)
Custom Orders
The Klay Shop reserves the rights to resell and replicate any custom orders. Once we have spoken or created the custom piece, it is now property of The Klay Shop. We reserve the right to replicate, resell, or advertise the custom piece.
